I held the following leadership roles at Sheffield (October 2015-May 2022).

Quality Assurance Lead/Deputy Director of Learning & Teaching, Information School (August 2019-May 2022).

Duties included chairing the Assessment Review Committee and Exam Boards, reviewing all modules and programmes to ensure compliance with University and sector benchmarks, reviewing staff Handbooks, and actioning feedback points from External Examiner reports. I was also primarily responsible for handling all appeals, complaints and case reviews in the School. I deputised for the School Director of Learning and Teaching and the Exams Officer when they were unable to attend meetings.

Ethics Coordinator, Information School (October 2018-September 2021)

Duties included inducting new staff on Ethics procedures, allocating staff and student applications for review, investigating breaches and delivering workshops to PGR and PGT cohorts.

Deputy Director (PGR Student Affairs), Faculty of Social Sciences (October 2016-October 2018)

Duties included the approval of leave of absences, applications for extension, appointment of PhD examiners, confirmation review reports and final examiner reports. I was also responsible for making recommendations to the Faculty Review Committee in relation to unsatisfactory progress cases, and liaising with the PGR Faculty Sub-Committee and Faculty Forum to identify and address issues affecting PhD students in the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Deputy Director of Research, Information School (inc. REF Impact Coordinator and member of PGR Working Group) (March 2016- February 2018)

Duties included the provision of feedback to REF Impact case study authors,  organising REF Impact-related training activities, and representing the School at Faculty meetings. I was a member of the School REF Working Group, which conducted internal reviews of staff outputs and was responsible for delivering its REF strategy. I was also a member of the PGR Working Group, responsible for the review of all PhD applications to the School.

Learning and Teaching Coach Scheme, Information School Coordinator (May- November 2016)

Faculty of Social Sciences ESRC Panel review member (September 2017-September 2020)

Duties included providing feedback and scores to FSS ESRC proposals and applications.
