At the University of Leicester I convened the undergraduate module Activism and Protest in the Information Age.

1) Screencasts
These are short summaries of lectures and key concepts that are shared on sites such as Screenr. For example, here is a summary of a class on NGOs and new media:
2) Twitter
I curated resources for the class using the #actandprotest hashtag. These resources were highlighted in the face-to-face sessions and students were encouraged to share blogs and articles with their classmates using this hashtag. The tweets were made available on Storify for those who do not have a Twitter account:
